We are located in the heart of Maple Valley on Old 55 between West Branch and Prudenville and conveniently located 3 minutes off I-75.

Our historic barn built in the early 1900's has undergone a complete transformation during the year 2020. New additions have been added to the barn as well as a fully covered rear patio with a breathtaking view of the farm and pond.  Modern amenities have been added while keeping the rustic atmosphere of this historic landmark.  

ADA mens/womens bathrooms, catering kitchen area and indoor bar have all being added as well as the ability to heat and cool the barn through the hot and cold seasons. 

This historic landmark has been carefully and beautifully restored for the experience, enjoyment and memories of our guests. We hope our breathtaking barn can be the location for your special day!

Our barn rests on 86 acre Evergreen Farms located in the heart of Maple Valley.  We purchased the farm in Fall 2018 after immediately falling in love with the history and beauty of the property. Our 86 acre farm was part of the larger Maple Valley Farm originally settled in the early 1900's which stretched north across what now is I-75. The original farm consisted of 360+ acres, some of which is still owned by original family members. 

The breathtaking barn of  almost 3,000+ sq feet was raised in approx 1914 by the original farm owner & settler. Over 100 years later, we are only the 3rd family to be able to call this special farm our home. (original barn pictured)  

The barn made a major move 105 years later when it was given a new home/foundation in 2019 to help it stand another 100 years!   Our dream to turn the historic barn into a wedding venue became a reality in the Fall of 2020!
