We are located in the heart of Maple Valley on Old 55, making us one of the premier historic barn rentals in northern Michigan. Our beautiful barn, situated between West Branch and Prudenville, is conveniently just 3 minutes off I-75, making it an ideal rustic wedding venue for those looking to celebrate up north!
This historic barn, built in the early 1900s, underwent a complete transformation in 2020. We added new features, including a fully covered rear patio that offers a breathtaking view of the farm and pond. While modern amenities have been incorporated, we have preserved the rustic atmosphere of this charming landmark.
New ADA-compliant men's and women's bathrooms, a catering kitchen area, and an indoor bar have been added, along with climate control to ensure comfort throughout the hot and cold seasons.

-Our History-
Our barn rests on 86 acres of Evergreen Farms located in the heart of Maple Valley, Northern Michigan. We purchased the farm in the Fall of 2018 after immediately falling in love with the history, beauty, and charm of the property. This 86-acre farm was part of the larger Maple Valley Farm, originally settled in the early 1900s, which stretched north across what is now I-75. The original farm consisted of 360+ acres, some of which is still owned by original family members.
The breathtaking historic barn, boasting over 3,000 square feet, was raised around 1914 by the original farm owner and settler. Over 100 years later, we are only the third family to call this special farm our home. The original barn is pictured above.
This rustic wedding venue made a major move 105 years later! It was given a new home and foundation in 2019 to ensure it stands for another 100 years. Our dream of transforming this historic barn into a wedding venue became a reality in the Fall of 2020, creating a perfect destination for weddings up north!
