At Evergreen Farms, our listed capacity for reception dining is 220 guests, utilizing our elegant black Chiavari chairs. For those interested in our wedding package details, additional seating and capacity can be arranged by incorporating our white ceremony chairs alongside the black chairs. Enjoy access to the venue on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a no-stress weekend at Evergreen Farms. Our barn includes heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort for your guests. You can choose from various wedding ceremony site options available inside the barn, under the covered patio, or in our enchanting lit forest. Ample parking is available for guests near the barn and next to the lit forest, with a parking lot attendant provided for convenience. A private 'lit forest' path connects the barn and parking lot, allowing easy walking access to the ceremony site as well. We also offer a valet/handicapped driveway in front of the barn for guest drop-off at the entrance, along with handicapped parking options. Our wedding package details include the use of an indoor catering kitchen for food preparation and storage, as well as a separate parking and outdoor prep area for caterers located next to the kitchen with a private entry that vendors can utilize. Handicapped accessible bathrooms for both women and men are available inside the barn, complete with toiletries. The bridal and groom suites are both private and equipped with heating and air conditioning, along with a private full bathroom for both parties (Jack & Jill). Outside the Bridal/Groom Suite, there's a fire pit and seating area where a fire pit attendant will be provided. We offer (30) 5' round white tables that can seat up to 8 guests each, along with black indoor Chivari dining chairs to accommodate up to 220 guests. White padded ceremony chairs are included for your ceremony, with set up and take down of these chairs included in the wedding venue pricing. Additionally, we provide (4) handcrafted arbor designs to be set up at your chosen ceremony site, (2) 6' reclaimed wood rolling bars, (4) 9' reclaimed wood head tables, and (2) 4' wooden spool tables for versatile setups.
