At the Barn at Evergreen Farms, we have a listed capacity of 220 for reception dining, featuring our elegant black Chiavari chairs. For those looking into our wedding packages for 2026, additional seating is available by utilizing our white ceremony chairs alongside the black chairs, allowing for a larger capacity.
Enjoy access to the Barn at Evergreen Farms all weekend long—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday—perfect for a no-stress getaway. The barn features both heat and A/C to ensure comfort throughout your stay. For your wedding ceremony, choose from several stunning locations: inside the barn, under the covered patio, or in our enchanting lit forest. Ample parking is available for guests near the barn and next to the lit forest, with a parking lot attendant provided for convenience. A private lit forest path connects the barn to the parking lot, offering easy walking access to your chosen ceremony site. Additionally, a valet and handicapped driveway at the front of the barn allows for easy guest drop-off at the entrance, with handicapped parking also available. You can utilize our indoor catering kitchen for food preparation and storage, and caterers will have a separate parking and outdoor prep area located next to the kitchen with a private entry. Restrooms inside the barn are equipped with handicapped accessible facilities for both men and women, complete with toiletries. The bridal and groom suites are both private, heated, and air-conditioned, featuring a full Jack & Jill bathroom for the bridal and groom parties. An outdoor fire pit and seating area near the bridal/groom suite, with a fire pit attendant on hand, create a cozy atmosphere. For your guests, we offer (30) 5' round white tables, black indoor Chivari dining chairs for up to 220 guests, and white padded ceremony chairs for your wedding. Set up and take down of ceremony chairs are included in our wedding packages for 2026.
