2025 Wedding Package

-What it Costs-

$12,000

Now booking our peak season running June 2025 - October 2025!

Weekend Access (Friday 12:00 PM - Sunday 12:00 PM)


-Occupancy 220 Guests-

*220 is our listed capacity for reception dining with our black Chiavari chairs. Additional seating/capacity is available utilizing our white ceremony chairs along with the black chairs.

-What it Includes-

  • Access to the venue Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a no-stress weekend
  • Barn includes Heat & A/C
  • Wedding Ceremony site available inside the barn, under the covered patio, or in our lit forest
  • Ample parking for guests near the barn and next to the lit forest (parking lot attendant will be provided)
  • Private 'lit forest' path connecting barn and parking lot for easy, walking access to and from  *Ceremony site option as well 
  • Valet/Handicapped driveway in front of the barn (for guest drop off at entrance)
  • Handicapped parking available
  • Use of indoor catering kitchen for food preparation and storage
  • Separate parking & outdoor prep area for caterers located next to kitchen with private entry *Vendors will use this entry as well 
  • Handicapped accessible bathrooms for women inside the barn (toiletries provided)
  • Handicapped accessible bathrooms for men inside the barn (toiletries provided)
  • Private heated and air-conditioned Bridal Suite
  • Private heated and air-conditioned Groom Suite
  • Private full bathroom for Bridal & Groom parties (Jack & Jill)
  • Fire pit & seating area outside Bridal/Groom Suite (fire pit attendant will be provided)
  • (30) 5' Round White Tables to seat your guests (8 guests per table)
  • Black indoor Chivari dining chairs to seat up to 220 guests
  • White padded ceremony chairs to seat your guests for the ceremony
  • Set up/take down of ceremony chairs included
  • (4) hand crafted Arbor designs (to be set up at chosen ceremony site)
  • (2) 6' reclaimed wood rolling bars (to be set up in any location)
  • (4) 9' reclaimed wood head tables (to be set up in any location)
  • (2) 4' wooden spool tables (to be set up in any location) 
  • (1) 8' reclaimed wood bench
  • (4) 40" reclaimed wood benches
  • (24) hand crafted oak ceremony benches
  • (10) Whiskey/Bourbon barrels for use as props/decor/etc.
  • Fire pit & seating area near the pond (fire pit attendant will be provided)
  • 20 acres of walking trails, several unique photo opportunities/backdrops
  • Various antiques, furniture, lanterns, and decor to be used in decorating
  • A representative from Evergreen Farms on duty the date of your event to answer any questions or to assist with anything you may need
